Effective communication with home buyers is a high priority at every stage of the building process. We believe in giving our clients the home they deserve; therefore, communication and reliability are an essential part of Plex Construction. The quality and craftsmanship of each and every home is the foundation of our commitment to building your home to your satisfaction.
EXPERIENCE
At Plex Construction, the team is small, in order to give you a personal and hands on experience. Our Owner, Callin Ledall started building the company in 2018 using his knowledge of business and construction. He hired Kyle Jensen in 2021 to manage sales and the build process. Prior to joining Plex Construction, Kyle worked for Shelby Lumber, CK Cabinets and Menards. During that time, Kyle developed extensive product knowledge of lumber, windows, doors, trim, counter tops, cabinets, etc.

Kyle works with the homeowners and the subcontractors. From the initial meeting, during the build, to design and finally, moving day, Kyle is there to help. He is always available for walk-throughs, questions, meetings, etc.

OUR MISSION
In addition to local building requirements, we follow construction standards that meet or exceed those of the industry to give you peace of mind knowing your home is crafted with a high level of care.

Industry-leading construction techniques (including manufactured roof trusses and floor trusses) are used to create homes. These techniques allow for optimal insulation. Each roof is protected through a reinforced underlayment installed in valleys and intersections where leaks may occur.

Every home is built with a high-quality water prevention system to protect against moisture and mildew.
Quality materials like house wrap, low-E windows, flashing panels, and low expansion foam are used to reduce leaks and drafts.
